In the middle of July a lot of young people from whole Macedonia participated in one of the biggest open air  festival in Macedonia „D Festival” on Dojran Lake .

Our organization Volunteers Centre Skopje too joined for this amazing event.

We prepare for youth a lot of activity and board games, we promoted the new mobile application for Youth information in Macedonia “MlADI AMS”  and campaign “Information NOW!” with INFO SEGA , as well  we had a opportunities to talk about youth exchanges and volunteering programs providing by Erasmus+ front of many young people. On our workshop time everyone has some conversation with the youth  – they interested about our countries, cultures and languages. We collaborate with different volunteers from Kumanovo and Skopje and make a lot of nice parties after the work time. But of course, don’t forget about concerts! This is most important moment, when you go after party to main stage and meet so popular artist in Balkan region.

Let’s observe a few of them. In my view was three really “most wanted” bands – Kiril Djaikovski (Macedonia), S.A.R.S. (Serbia) and Rudimental (UK). In every concert main stage was full and young people jump and dance together on the same wave. I still remember, how everyone scream chorus of ”Perspektiva” song by Serbian band (“Lala-lala-lala-laloooo”). Everyone will remember this edition of “D Festival”, because it was a great time. It was first festival for our new EVS volunteers, but not the last. We meet a lot of interesting people and it just beginning of our international friendship!
