This monday like every monday. I went to Kino Kultura for contemporary dance workshop. But this week I experiences something new and different ! Actually, last monday it wasn’t contemporary dance workshop… but laughter yoga ! Have you already heard about ?! Because for me it was something absoloutely new.
We were about 8 people and we spent on hour LAUGHING. I am not exagerating. Frosina, the instructot guided us on the road of laughter with eyes contact, jokes, and playfulness between us. Forces laughter soon turned into real and contagious laughter. And in this way, we were 8 people lying one the floor and laughing loud and without limits.
In 1995, laughter yoga was developed by indian physician Madan Kataria, and since than the technique spread out in all six continent in the world. Laughter yoga is a practice involving prolonged voluntary laughter. It’s based on the belief that voluntary laughter provides the same physiological benefits as spontaneous laughter.
And that’s true. I experiences it and at the end of the workshop we could all fell the benefits of this yoga ! I came back home very relaxed, happy and light.
