First of all, I am very thankful because I was part of a youth exchange “BLUE WHALES ARE EVERYWHERE!” which was held in Romania between 8 and 17 of May 2018. Cyber-bullying comes in a whole range of different shapes and sizes and is something that is totally subjective to the recipient. It is defined like the use of digital technologies with an intent to offend, humiliate, threaten, harass or abuse somebody.
In the exchange, I learned how to protect myself from cyber-bullying.The most common places where cyber-bullying occurs are: social media, sms, e-mails etc. There are some tips to protect yourself from cyberbullies:do not respond or retaliate, save the evidence, tell the person to stop, reach out for help, use available educational tools, protect your accounts, and if someone you know is being bullied, take an action and protect them.
