Hey, guys, I don‘t know how about you , but I‘m prepared for the awesome summer that we will have. There will be so many festivals and event in Macedonia, not only in the capital Skopje, but also in other beautiful cities of the country. As a reminder to myself and to you, here‘s the list of few of the events that going to happen summer 2017:

The Balkan Folklore Festival – is happening in Ohrid and the events is going on for few months. Some of them starts as early as May and the last ones will be held in October. All of them gather plenty of people, you can witness the fascinating folklore dances, listen to traditional music or just enjoy the good vibes and whole atmosphere.

Whole Intelligence workshop with Malcolm Parlett – June 2nd. The seminar will be about people‘s mind and how to make the life better to live among us all. The ones who is interested in psychology, as myself, fell free to join and listen about gestalt psychology and how it works.

International Scientific Conference–the conference will cover areas like security between theory, politics and practice, national and international perspectives of criminal justice and policing, crime science in the 21st century, plus media and crime and etc. It‘s gonna be held in Ohrid on 4th-5th of June.

Pata Global Insights Conference – it will be organized by the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA). The conference will cover areas like marketing campaigns,improved aviation connectivity,industry trends,significant shifts in demographics. It will take place on 20th June in Skopje.

Skopje Calling – this year the events will be held in the end of June. First you will have the chance to see Thievery Corporation, who will bring the reggae music back to the city on June 20th. And on June 23rd, world‘s #1 DJ is coming. Since 2014 Martin Garrix was in the top 5 list and he is one of the youngest and most promising artist of our days. The shows should be great.

Galichnik Wedding Festival – hey, who wouldn‘t want a good festivities? Two days in July, yet another festival to appreciate the etnical treasures Macedonia has.

Д Фест– it‘s a festival that will happen in town of Dojran on 14-16 of July.This year Dojran will gather music starts from UK, Netherlands, Sweden, Hungary and Macedonia. You‘ll have lots of activities apart from music, opportunities to meet NGO‘s, be creative.

Green Beach Festival – starting on 28th of July and lasting for the whole weekend, this fest will be the joy of ohridians and all others, who will be eager to relax near Ohrid lake and treat themselves with incredibly good electronic music. At the same time in the city of Krushevo Etno City Festival is happening.

Ohrid Calling – two great Djs is combining their powers and gonna make magic at Ohrid Calling in Stadion Biljanini Izvori. Hardwell and Afrojack will shake Ohrid on August 1st-2nd.

Strumica OPEN festival– the festival will storm Strumica on August 3-13. You can see a lot of young and talented artists there, enjoy great music and join in all the activities prepared for you on 10 days repertory.
